Pinc Group delivered an end to end solution for the management of the ACT Governments capital works program using the Open Windows application. The solution included technical, commercial and administrative project management processes and reporting. The Pinc Group service provided the strategy, technical requirements, implementation management, training, change management and reporting required to deliver this transformational project for the Territory.

Pinc Group went on to provide the Territory Capital Works Management team with a suite of Microsoft PowerBI reporting at both a portfolio level and project detail level. Pinc Group were able to provide insight into all aspects of the capital works project delivery to ensure real-time reporting was available for the executive team to deliver guidance and direction to the workforce.
